Back Issues The Novato Advance sells back issues for $1 per issue, up to a year if available. Please visit the office at 1301B Grant Ave. in Novato. Photos The advance sells copies of published photos for $20. The digital pictures are put on a CD. Please contact Photo Editor at ext. 21 advancephotos (AT) novatoadvance.com Obituaries Obituaries cost $20 per column inch and $40 per photo. Death notices are free. Death notices must include the name of the deceased, date of death, funeral home and phone number. Obituaries must be submitted by 5 p.m. Monday to appear in that weeks Wednesday edition. Obituaries are subject to editing for proper grammar. Fax obituaries to (415) 897-0940 , mail them to Obituaries, P.O. For more information on submitting obituaries, please call (415) 892-1516 Letters To The Editor The Novato Advance welcomes letters to the editor. All letters submitted for publication must be typed and signed, and include the sender’s address and telephone number. No unsigned letters will be considered for publication. Names may be withheld at the editor’s discretion. We reserve the right to print all or parts of letters submitted, and to edit letters, especially those longer than 300 words, as we deem appropriate. Deadline is Friday 5 p.m. for the next week’s issue. We encourage e-mail letters.
